How can I access the hotel from the airport?

Narita Airport: take the Narita Express (JR line) to Tokyo Station. Then transfer to the Sobu Kaisoku line and get off at Shin-Nihonbashi Station, located 8 min away from the hotel. Travel fee is about 2900 JPY. From Tokyo station, you can also take a taxi to the hotel (10min, 4000yen).

Haneda Airport: take the Keikyu Airport line (Rapid Limited Express), which offers direct access to Ningyocho Station, located 5 min away from the hotel. The journey is about 42 min (604 JPY).

Can I use Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning systems.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can keep hold of your luggage before check-in time (3pm), as well as after check-out (10am). We can also store your luggage after check-out and until you return, if you are planning to check-in again.

Do you have any onsite laundry services?

Yes, we have several coin-operated washing machines (200 JPY) and dryers (100 JPY, 20 min) on 4F and 6F. Detergent is free of charge.

What type of amenities are included in your room?

All rooms include the following amenities: body soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towel, face towel, tooth brush, hair dryer, kettle, fridge and private washlet toilets.

Do you serve breakfast?

Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant on our premises. However, we serve free coffee in the lobby between 6am-12:30noon.

Other services?

Guests can borrow mobile phone chargers, plug adapters, trouser presses, humidifiers, scales, umbrellas and more. Please contact front desk for further details.

What time is the curfew?

There is not curfew as our front desk is available 24 hours for room services and reservations.

Can I send parcels from the hotel?

Yes, we can support you when sending parcels via Kuroneko Yamato (Yamato Transport).

Can I shop online and have the packages delivered to the hotel?
 
Yes, we can keep hold of your parcels at front desk. Please make sure your waybill includes the correct address, name of guest and check-in dates.
